Please note that online services will be unavailable from 4.00pm on Friday 20 February until 2.00pm on Saturday 21 February due to essential maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

You can now notify us of the following changes:

  • notify us of a change of address
  • request to receive your Council Tax bill by email
  • set up a new or amend an existing direct debit
  • request or cancel a Single Person Discount
  • request a repayment arrangement for outstanding arrears
  • find the Council Tax Band for any property in Test Valley
  • View your account details or change your contact details
