We host Private Landlords’ Forums to create a space for information sharing, networking, and collaboration.
These forums are designed to keep landlords informed about key developments in the housing sector, provide opportunities to meet and exchange best practices and publicise important updates.
With the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act - the most significant change to residential lettings in years - we want to work closely with our local landlords to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of service for tenants. We aim to support landlords in navigating these changes and delivering quality housing across the borough.
