To be eligible use this service you must be a UK national currently resident in the UK or pre settled/settled status and aged 16 years or over.

Do I qualify?

You may qualify for housing if you meet the following:

• Do you have a local connection to the area?

  You meet this if ONE applies:

  • Lived in the area for 12 months or more, OR
  • Employed in the area for 12 months or more, OR
  • Close family member has lived in the area for 5 years or more (mother, father, adult sibling, adult children, grandparents)

  Yes - You may qualify
  No- You may not qualify

• Do you have a recognised housing need?

  e.g. under-occupying, overcrowding, medical/welfare, homelessness, unsuitable accommodation, Domestic Abuse, Armed Forces

  Yes - You may qualify
  No- You may not qualify

• You do not currently own a property or have a legal interest in one and are not over the age of 55.

  Yes - You may qualify
  No - You may not qualify

• Is your total household income less than £60,000 per year (before tax) including benefits?

  Yes - You may qualify
  No- You may not qualify

• Are you aged under 55 with savings or capital of less than £16,000? (including bank account, investments, property equity)?

  Yes - You may qualify
  No- You may not qualify

Enham Trust is a registered provider of social housing in Andover. They have a variety of rented housing options ranging from purpose built bungalows, built with accessibility in mind, to family housing for anyone with a local connection or who is a serving member of the Armed Forces.
