Test Valley Lettings is Test Valley Borough Council’s (TVBC) in-house letting agency. It offers free lettings services to landlords in order to secure homes for households in need.
We offer landlords a wide range of tenancy services, customisable to individual needs and always free of charge. With our unique model of using separate officers to support both the landlord and tenant, we aim to create sustainable and long-lasting tenancies that work for landlords and provide a stable and happy home for an individual or family.
We do not charge monthly fees. All we ask is that landlords provide their tenants with a minimum 12-month assured shorthold tenancy, with or without a break clause.
