Pest Control Charges
A summary of our charges for assessment and treatment visits are given below. Separate charges apply to domestic and commercial customers. When viewing our charges, please also read the terms and conditions for our pest control services.

Rats and Mice |
Treatment: £104.00 (incl. VAT) for 3 visits in most cases (up to 4 visits only where required).
This service will be provided free of charge to people exempt from council tax or in receipt of council tax support.
Advice visit: £42.80 (incl. VAT) |
This charge is for a course of treatment normally 3 visits (in exceptional cases 4 visits) within a period of up to 35 days.
Additional treatment, if required, will incur a further charge.
A single visit to give advice. |

Wasps / hornets nests (excludes asian hornets) |
Treatment: £72.50 (incl. VAT)
Extra nest: £34.30 (incl. VAT) for each additional nest treated on the same premises during the same visit |
A visit will be made to treat the nest using an insecticide. If further treatment is required within two weeks of the initial visit, one retreatment will be provided free of charge. |

The advice visit includes up to 45 minutes on site. If you choose to pay by invoice, rather than in advance, an additional £12 excluding VAT will apply (£14.40 including VAT) payable after the visit.
A treatment for rodents of up to 3 visits of up to an hour and 5 bait stations (sufficient for most small and medium sized premises). Payment may be made by invoice, for which no additional charge is payable.
Additional bait points in excess of 5 (likely applicable to large sites only) are payable at £6.40 plus VAT per bait point per visit.
If required, additional check / treatment visits (up to 45 minutes on site) are payable at £71.50 plus VAT per visit. If the visit takes longer than 45 minutes, additional time will be charged at £14.80 plus VAT for each 15 minute period (or part of a period).
In all cases, a summary report will be provided upon completion of each visit. |

This additional charge will apply for each extra nest treated on the same premises at the same time only if If not paid in advance but by invoice instead then an invoice fee of £12 excl. VAT (i.e. £14.40 incl. VAT) is payable on completion of the treatment.
A summary report will be provided upon completion of the treatment. |

Bed bugs

Initial survey / treatment visit (one officer up to 1 hour on site): £117.00 plus VAT (i.e. £140.40 incl. VAT)
Extra treatment visits as required (one officer up to 1 hour on site): £91.30 plus VAT per visit (i.e. £109.56 incl. VAT)

We will carry out an initial survey visit to check for the presence of bed bugs, provide advice, and begin treatment if time allows.
The visit includes up to one hour on site. Any additional time will be charged at £14.80 plus VAT for each 15-minute period (or part of a period), per pest control officer. Bed bug treatment usually requires at least two visits, and often more. We cannot guarantee that treatment will be successful. Two pest control officers may be needed where heavy furniture or furnishings must be moved. If you choose to pay by invoice, an additional £12 plus VAT (£14.40 including VAT) will be charged after the survey and treatment visits are complete. A summary report will be provided following completion of each visit. |

This treatment charge is based upon a visit of up to one hour. For treatments that cannot be conducted in less than one hour, there will be an additional charge of £14.40 plus VAT per 15-minute unit, or part of, per pest control officer treating.
This is based upon a maximum of 45 minutes on site. The advice visit includes up to 45 minutes on site. If you choose to pay by invoice rather than in advance, an additional £12 (excluding VAT) will apply (£14.40 including VAT), payable after the visit. A summary report will be provided following completion of each visit.
