Residents can apply for postal or proxy voting by contacting Electoral Services at Test Valley Borough Council on 01264 368000, or they can download an application form at www.testvalley.gov.uk/eureferendum. The deadline for postal vote applications is 5pm on Wednesday 8 June 2016. Any applications received after this date will not be allowed for the Referendum. Proxy vote applications must be received by the Council by 5pm on Wednesday 15 June 2016.

In order to vote in this Referendum, people need to be registered on the Register of Electors. Anyone not already registered can register here or by contacting Electoral Services at Test Valley Borough Council. The deadline to register for voting in the Referendum is Tuesday 7 June 2016. People who are already registered to vote do not need to re-register for the EU Referendum. If anyone is not sure if they are registered to vote, please contact the Council on 01264 368000.
