Suite of free support to help Test Valley Businesses thrive
Test Valley Borough Council has partnered with Hampshire-based business IncuHive, to give free, impartial advice to businesses within the Test Valley area.
From entrepreneurs with new business ideas to explore, to business owners looking for ways to increase their turnover, grow their existing business or just do things more efficiently, IncuHive’s in-house team of advisors will work directly with individuals to identify what would help them most. This could include:
• Free advice and mentoring
• Access to funding and grants
• Finance, bookkeeping, tax advice
• Finding new clients through marketing, web, social media
• Business planning and/or pivoting
• Cash flow
• Starting-up a new business.
The comprehensive package of personalised support on offer includes a bespoke, interactive ‘health check’, to provide a clear and honest overview of each business. As well as highlighting strengths, this will identify the areas to address in order to achieve maximum success in the future. Businesses will receive initial and ongoing 1:1 support, designed to put the findings and recommendations into action and to maximise the chances of long-term success.
