Authority Monitoring Report (AMR)
Authority Monitoring Reports (AMRs) review the performance of planning policies on the area in which they apply. They also include an update on the milestones set out in the Council’s Local Development Scheme https://www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning-services/planningpolicy/lds (LDS).
The AMR reports the position of the previous financial year. The council has published its twenty-first monitoring report, covering the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
