On Street Parking & Enforcement
From 1 April 2020, enforcement of On-Street Parking Restrictions and the administration and management of the On-Street resident permit schemes reverted back to Hampshire County Council.
The County Council have launched an online reporting tool to enable people to report on-street parking contraventions and to request parking enforcement.
On the HCC website https://hants.gov.uk/transport/parking there is a link to ‘Report a Parking Offence’. Clicking on the link will open up an form which once completed and submitted, generates an email to HCC’s Parking Services Provider, who will then make a decision on enforcement.
