We've hidden 20 golden tickets in the caddies that are being delivered to homes across Test Valley from Tuesday 26 August! So when your food waste caddy arrives, look inside your information leaflet to see if you have won. If you find a Golden Ticket, follow the instructions on the back of the ticket - there are some fantastic prizes to be won!

- Family Swim Voucher for Andover Leisure Centre or Romsey Rapids only (2 adults and 3 juniors)

Food Waste Caddy Golden Ticket – Terms and Conditions
1. This incentive is open to all residents in Test Valley Borough who receive a food waste caddy in connection with Test Valley Borough Council’s Food Waste Collection Service.
2. Prizes are only available to residents in Test Valley Borough who are aged 16 years or over and who receive a food waste caddy containing one of 20 “Golden Tickets”.
3. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the incentive are not eligible for prizes.
4. No purchase is necessary to participate in this incentive.
5. Each Golden Ticket has a unique number. Only original Golden Tickets with a number corresponding to a number on the list of unique numbers retained by the Promoter will be eligible for a prize, and copies (in whatever form), or tickets which are torn, damaged or defaced will not be accepted.
6. Golden Tickets will be randomly placed in food waste caddies before they are delivered to properties within Test Valley Borough.
7. Prizes must be claimed by 12.00 midday on 7 November 2025. Claims must be submitted either via email to foodwaste@testvalley.gov.uk or by telephone 01264 368370, quoting the unique number printed on the Golden Ticket. Only one claim per household is permitted. Claims after the stated time/date shall not be valid.
8. Prizes will only be given to winners on production of the original Golden Ticket bearing the relevant unique number. Golden Tickets are only valid until 12.00 midday on 7 November 2025, and any prize not collected before this time and date shall be forfeited.
9. Any prize not claimed or collected by the stated times/dates, or in the manner set out above, shall be forfeited.
10. The prizes available are listed on the Golden Ticket website (www.testvalley.gov.uk/foodwaste). Winners holding valid Golden Tickets will be invited (in strict order of when they submitted their claim) to chose a prize, and may only choose from those prizes remaining after prior winners have made their selection.Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. Prizes are supplied by Test Valley Borough Council, of Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ (“the Promoter”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and borough of prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning Golden Ticket, to anyone who emails foodwaste@testvalley.gov.uk or writes to Environmental Services, Test Valley Borough Council, Macadam Way, Andover, SP10 3XW within one month after the closing date for claims stated in condition 7. If you object to any or all of your surname and borough being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email/post as stated above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Prize winners may be requested to consent to take part in reasonable post incentive publicity and the use of their names and photographs in such publicity but this will only happen if they give written consent.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in has breached or not complied with any of these terms and conditions, or has acted fraudulently or dishonestly.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed for the purposes of administration of the draw and as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy available at www.testvalley.gov.uk/gdpr. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
18. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
