More information

There are many species of bees in the UK.  Not all species are producers of honey. Some species live in colonies whilst others do not, and not all bee species can sting.  Bees will only rarely be considered a pest when they swarm in areas where they come into close contact with man.  Control may then be required.

Unfortunately Test Valley Borough Council no longer treats Bees.  For assistance you will need to contact a private pest control company or the local Beekeeping Society in your area.  Alternatively there is a "Swarm hotline" where you can get advice and assistance.
