Food Waste Caddy Deliveries
We are using a specialist distribution company for most households. They started delivering the caddy packs on Tuesday 26 August 2025 and we anticipate it will take up to 7 weeks to complete.
The caddy pack includes 1 x grey kitchen caddy, 1 x kerbside caddy and a roll of liners, along with information on the new collection service.
For those who share their bins, we will deliver 1 x kitchen caddy and a roll of liners to each household, along with information on the new collection service, when we deliver the grey-lidded food waste wheeled bin to the bin store. This will be during September 2025.
You don't need to be at home to receive your caddy pack, but if you're planning to be away from your home for a period of time, you may wish to ask a neighbour to look after your caddy pack for you, until you return. Your caddy pack will be delivered onto your property. This is likely to be between 7am and 4pm on a week day.
Important: When you receive your caddy pack, please ensure you store your caddy liners somewhere dry, and keep the information leaflet safe.
It's also important that you only use your caddies after 6 October 2025, ready for your first collection the following week.
Delivery Dates
We can't tell you when we will be delivering a caddy pack to your home, so please don't contact us to ask. We are delivering throughout a number of weeks, and we will keep this web page updated with the areas we have delivered to. Please bear with us and be patient.
